Nick is passionate about entrepreneurship and business. He brings exceptional leadership and managerial skills to Rio Online Development as the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategy that will expand incremental revenue and market share.

He coordinates all activities related to sales, marketing programs, recruitment, outside counsel, customer loyalty and the delivery of ongoing projects. His training in management, law and business has allowed him to strategically manage Rio’s growth effectively.

Nick holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine, a certificate in ADR from The Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law School and has had formal training in corporate and litigation law at UCLA. When not in the office, Nick takes time for reflection and relaxation at contemporary lounges and ambient settings. He loves positive people, South-East Asian culture and the thrill of adventure.

While studying abroad in Hong Kong, China, Nick has bungee jumped off the world’s highest bungee jump of 233 meters as well as shooting heavy-duty .50 caliber machine guns in Vietnam. He enjoys: traveling, boating, golfing, smoking quality maduro cigars and eating a fine bowl of Vietnamese Phở with friends. In addition to this, Nick is an avid reader and writer.
